DESCRIPTION:

Week 2 focuses on preparing all creative and technical elements for production. Media Communication students finalize and deliver all required assets, including graphics packages, scripts, and playback content. AVT students lead technical setup and conduct a Technical Demonstration Lab, ensuring all systems, signal flow, and roles are clearly understood. Teams will collaborate to review content, confirm timing, and walk through the full production plan. Emphasis is placed on communication, accuracy, and readiness as students move from planning into execution.
Outcome: Finalized content, confirmed production workflow, and a fully prepared team ready for rehearsal and live production
