During this virtual session students explore an introduction to typography and how to apply principles to their cross-platform media projects. This session serves as an introduction or refresher to the selection of type for story, graphics, and interactive media. Portfolio Playdate is a monthly virtual session where students explore creative concepts and challenges through collaborative mixed media expression. The virtual classroom is transformed into a creative sandbox to gain a better understanding of both the process and product of creating digital media. Through these engaging challenges, students and faculty push the boundaries of how to create and connect in this virtual community.
