National First-Generation Celebration Day is a special day dedicated to recognizing and honoring individuals who are the first in their immediate family to earn a bachelor's degree or higher (as in, neither of their parents earned a bachelor’s degree). It's a chance to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of these students who have overcome significant barriers to achieve their academic goals. While we are gathering to celebrate these students, ALL Full Sail students are welcome to attend and participate in this event!n text goes here

The Media Communications and Creative Writing degree programs at Full Sail University proudly present the 2nd Annual "First-Gen & Friends" Talent Showcase in honor of National First-Generation College Celebration Day — a night dedicated to showcasing the incredible talents of our Full Sail students and hearing amazing stories from first-gen alumni! Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, poetry, comedy, dance, and more! Enjoy free food, giveaways, and networking opportunities! We look forward to celebrating the strength and spirit of first-generation students at Full Sail and the creativity that connects us all!
