Cosplay Contest – Final Character Walks: Outdoor stage // 5:00 – 6:00 PMYou may pre-register for the contest or sign up the day-of, but you must be present for in-person judging to be eligible for an award. We recommend pre-registering or arriving early as judging spots are limited. See contest announcement on Full Sail One for more details about the contest and how to enter.
If you’re not the center-of-attention type, cheer for your favorites from the audience during the Final Character Walks on the main stage from 5:00 – 6:00 PM!
We also offer an Online Cosplay Contest where you can show off your creativity from anywhere! To keep things fair, participants may only enter one version of the cosplay contest; anyone who signs up for both will be removed from the online contest.
Block Party: Outdoor stage // 6:00 – 9:00 PMAs soon as our cosplayers take their final bows, all students, faculty, staff, and special guests are invited to gather on the backlot at the Outdoor Stage for a block party featuring a DJ dance party, and free pizza! Students will also have the chance to win some amazing prizes and giveaways!

Full Sail's Hall of Fame Week is just around the corner!
Our Hall of Fame Week app (coming soon!) will allow you to bookmark specific sessions, events, and activities to cultivate your own personal schedule for the week.
Participation Requirements
In lieu of regularly scheduled classes for March 9, 10, and 11, campus students must check in for participation credit each day between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM at the Information & Support Booth (located in front of the main entrance to building 3B), using your Full Sail One profile check-in code. This participation will count as your regular class attendance.
While RSVPs aren’t required, they will help make the check-in process smoother; see the links below to pre-RSVP. All other information and important updates will be communicated via the Hall of Fame app (coming soon!).
If you have any concerns regarding attendance during Hall of Fame Week, please contact your instructor(s) for further direction.
Accessing Your Check-In Code for Attendance
Your Full Sail One check-in code is a unique QR code assigned only to you and is what our volunteers will scan when checking you in for attendance. The code can be accessed through your profile via the Full Sail One app or the mobile website.
Using the Full Sail One app, select 'Account' in the bottom right-hand corner of the navigation bar, then select 'Check-In Code.'
Using the mobile website, select your profile icon in the top right corner then select 'Check-In Code.'
Attending Education Sessions
You will not be automatically assigned to any education sessions during HOF Week, and you can attend as many sessions as you'd like each day. Access to panels, presentations, and workshops is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wristband Policy for 3B-106 Sessions
Wristbands are required to reserve a seat in 3B-106 and will be distributed 30 minutes before the session's start time at the session location. Distribution is first-come, first-served, and each student is allowed one wristband per session time slot.
If you do not obtain a wristband, a standby line will be available with entry 5-10 minutes after the session starts, pending room availability. All other events will open for seating at least 30 minutes before they begin.
CX Impress Ink Booth: Free Shirt for Students!
All students can claim one free, exclusive HOF Week t-shirt from our CX booth on Tuesday, March 10, from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM or while supplies last.
You must be in person to receive a shirt, and there is only one shirt per student. We are unable to mail shirts to online students. This giveaway is not open to Full Sail staff or alumni.
To receive your shirt, you must RSVP to this event on Full Sail One and scan your Full Sail One profile QR code at the booth.

Important Reminders
Campus students must check in at the Info & Support Booths before 3:30 PM each day to receive participation credit. This will count as your regular class attendance. Visiting online students do not need to check in as their classes are not canceled.
Your student ID badge must be worn on campus at all times and will be required for entry to all events.
Events will be held at various locations throughout campus. The complete listing of events will be available on the app (coming soon!).

DESCRIPTION:
We’re kicking off an MC Hall of Fame documentary at square one, where ideas take shape and concepts start to click. This session focuses on early pre-production and concept creation, led by student leads who will help shape the direction of the project. We’ll clarify role interests, define creative goals, and align on effective team communication. From there, we’ll map out what needs to happen before cameras ever roll. Think big-picture thinking, smart planning, and setting the team up for a smooth production run.
