Upsurge eSports is a new eSports organization looking to provide a professional experience to players of all skill levels. We are constantly looking for Full Sail students to join our Full Sail Student Initiative. Students in the group learn various job functions in live event operations such as Box Office and Merchandise sales, Fan Engagement, Ticket Scanning and Seating, and Social Media. There is also the possibility of other opportunities outside of our NXT Live Events, ranging from graphic design projects and community events.

If interested in joining the Initiative, students must maintain a 3.0 GPA and 100 GPS points and work one show a month. A Letter of Recommendation from a Full Sail Professor is also required. Bachelor's Students must be in month 4 or later in their program, there is no wait time for students in a Masters program.

Box Office - Ticket Sales and Will Call, Set up and breakdown of equipment, learning ticketing software.

Merchandise - Merchandise sales, starting and ending inventory, cash handling and credit card sales.
