Additionally, it was found that 53% of U.S. students neglect their social life because of stress. This month, we will explore best practices for managing stress and creating a more balanced lifestyle while earning your college degree. We will participate in activities ranging from meditation practices to table games; and hear from special guests such as MCBS alumni and staff from Full Sail’s Academic Success team

The county to win the most gold medals wins bragging rights and the Media Olympic Trophy.
